Welcome to our esteemed construction firm, PAUL CONTRACTORS. Established in 1995, we take immense pride in introducing ourselves as dedicated builders and contractors. Our partnership is composed of two experienced individuals, Mr. Pauldhas and Mr. Paul David, who have been actively involved in the construction industry since 1984.
As partners of PAUL CONTRACTORS, we possess engineering qualifications, extensive knowledge, and hands-on expertise in constructing various types of buildings. Our portfolio includes multi-story structures, bungalows, flats, schools, commercial buildings, and Kalyana mandapam, among others. We have gained valuable experience working for a reputable firm in Chennai, where we advanced from Site Supervisors to Quality Controllers and Project Managers, accumulating 10-12 years of valuable industry experience.
During our tenure at this esteemed firm, we began extending our assistance to friends and relatives in constructing small houses. This endeavor fueled our ambition, ultimately leading to the establishment of PAUL CONTRACTORS in 1995, with our office situated in Guindy. Over the years, we have successfully completed more than 15 flats projects across different areas, in addition to constructing over 40 individual houses, Kalyanamandapam, and schools under contractual agreements. With four decades of experience in the construction field, we possess comprehensive expertise in various foundation types. While we present only a few select projects in our portfolio, our collective experience speaks volumes about our capabilities and commitment.
